This restaurant is situated in the fishing village of Soufriere on the bayfront. Built in the historical structure of a lime estate in the 1920s, the property with its original stonework comprises 4,141 square feet of land including the building of 779 square feet and rest room area of 104 square feet.

This property with historical background was a popular restaurant for many years. The main structure is a detached masonry stonework and reinforced concrete building with an open area for serving, a bar and a large kitchen area. Adjacent to the restaurant building are the rest rooms and a storage/utility room.

The setting has a great deal of outdoor space for entertainment and is surrounded by high solidly built stone walls. It is located a stone throw away from the Caribbean sea with lots of touristic sporting activities.
